TERMS OF DELIVERY & PRIVACY POLICY

Ranta Trading Tmi FI32615405 sells products to private persons. All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Prices are subject to change without prior notice to customers.

ORDERING

A customer makes an order by adding products to the shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout. The customer accepts the terms of delivery by confirming an order. Confirmation of the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Confirmation of the payment will be sent by the payment provider.

PAYMENT FACILITATOR

Ranta Trading’s payment provider is Visma Payments Oy (business-id FI24865594). Visma Payments Oy is authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. A customer sees Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy as the receiver of the payment in the customer’s invoice and bank account listing. Visma Pay is a 100% safe payment method. All payment information is sent through secured connections and encrypted end-to-end.

The trade itself and its terms is a deal between the customer and Ranta Trading Tmi. Ranta Trading Tmi is responsible for the trade and all the liabilities related to it.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Visma Pay makes a wide variety of payment methods possible. Customer can pay by using internet banking account (Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken), a digital wallet (MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo), a payment card (Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard), an invoice or a partial payment (Jousto, Fellow Lasku).

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped during workdays. If the product is in stock, delivery usually takes 3-5 workdays. If the product is back ordered or if it’s a dropshipping product, delivery can take 1-3 weeks. Shipment weight, size, and delivery method are the factors that determine the final shipping costs. Shipping costs are listed on the checkout page before payment is made.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Product(s) can be changed or returned within 14 days of receiving it. Some products, such as keyboard lubricants, are exempt from being returned, if the seal is broken. Ranta Trading has taken great care of making sure that every single product shipped is fault-free. If despite the thorough inspection done by Ranta Trading before sending the product, should the product be found faulty by the customer, it can be returned or changed. Ranta Trading appreciates that the fault is mentioned by the customer. Products can also be returned within 20 days if the customer is not satisfied with them. No reason needs to be mentioned for the return. Returned products need to be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear and tear. Customers are asked to keep the packaging until they have made their decision about the product.

If you want to return or change the product, please inform Ranta Trading by e-mail (rantatrading@rantatrading.fi) and as a response, you will receive instructions for returning.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

A Customer can cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation can be done by sending an e-mail to rantatrading@rantatrading.fi.

REGISTER USE

Information in the customer register is used to process orders, invoicing and providing information for the customers, if the customer has given a permission for informing them by subscribing to newsletter.

REGISTER CONTENTS

Information that can be used to identify the customer is gathered. This information includes name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If the customer has registered, customers login name and password are retained. From those customers who have bought products/services the purchase history and invoicing/delivery information are retained. All the information customer has saved to customer’s account is retained. Anonymous usage information is collected to improve the service.

INFORMATION SOURCES USED WHEN COLLECTING INFORMATION TO THE REGISTER

Information retained in the register is collected from a customer when the customer orders a product/service, registers as a customer or inputs information to customer’s account, or when the customer is in contact with Ranta Trading’s customer service by phone or e-mail. Information is also collected automatically when the customer uses Ranta Trading – site. Information in the register can, if it’s necessary to deliver the order or provide the service, be supplemented from public information sources, such as Posti’s address register.

ALLOWING ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION IN THE REGISTER

Information that can be used to identify a person can only be given for authority suspecting a crime. Anonymous information about the usage of Ranta Trading – site can be delivered to third parties to improve the service. The information is never given to third parties for marketing purposes.
